We end this game week with a mouth watering North London Derby.
After seeing Manchester City lose the derby, Arsenal have the opportunity to extend their lead at the top to 8 points! While Tottenham are currently chasing those Champions League spots. There is major incentive for both sides to win this one – not just for the bragging rights.
Tottenham have been decent at home, scoring 21 goals in 9 games, collecting 18 points. But their rivals boast the best away record in the league collecting 22 from a possible 27 on the road.
Spurs victory over Palace last week was their first clean sheet in 8. Whereas Arsenal’s 0-0 draw with Newcastle was the first time The Gunner’s hadn’t found the net in the league all season.
I’d expect goals in this one, with 4 of the last 5 ending with over 2.5 goals.
Arsenal look too much for most teams to stop this season and I expect to see them extend their lead at the top.
